The story of Mr. Drop Shot! isn’t just about sports; it’s about the ultimate comeback. Our founder, a lifelong tennis professional and pickleball warrior, lived for the heat of competition until life forced a different kind of fight.
After surviving a near-death heart attack, his journey was further tested by a harrowing battle with a hospital superbug, a severe bout of COVID-19, and the ongoing challenge of navigating autoimmune issues. Waking up in hospital beds time and again didn't just bring perspective—it brought a calling.
Those "second chances" forged a new purpose: to use the Drop Shot! platform to ensure no one else has to navigate their health journey alone. Driven by the resilience it takes to recover and the empathy gained from the struggle, he is dedicated to providing the resources, education, and inspiration others need to live well. Today, every product and event we create is a vehicle to fund the causes that saved him—from heart health and mental wellness to wildlife rescue and youth sports.
